Ongoing liaison with off site projecrt delivery team in the UK, commercial control and welfare of personnel in a remote tropical environment.

Scope of Supply Pipeline Construction Management
Overview Supply of construction management to oversee for the Clienty construction of the oil export pipelines and associated HV/FO cable installations from the Toucan Expqansion facility to local gathering facility at Rabi Oil Field. Responsible for overseeing all elements of construction including inspection and commissioning.

Scope of Supply Pipeline Construction Management
Overview Supply of Client Construction Management to oversee the installation of oil and gas pipelines from the new Harweel facility including in field flow lines, gatheirng lines, trunk lines and export lines. Total length 230km plus in excess of 20 new well head manifolds and 5 no gathering stations, HP gas and water injection systems.

Overview Oversee systems completion within the Harweel Process plant for the mechanical piping systems ensuring all works completed by main contractor and outstanding actions closed prior to commissioning works.

Scope of Supply Project Engineering - Vessel Refurb/Plant Phased Commissioning
Overview Post initial start up - issues discovered with H2S protective linings within plant seperators so phased operation of facility introduced whilst internal vessel linings repaired. Scope to oversee repair works, undertake piping design mods tio ensure staggered operation of facility possible until all repairs comlpete and plant could return to full; capacity.

Scope of Supply Engineering Support/Constructability
Overview Provision of design assistance (inc development of FEED to detailed design) to Main Contractor for in field pipeline construction within Majnoon OIl Field Iraq. ensuring that constructability of works takes into account the available resources within Iraq whilst maintaining the required Shell standards for the works.. Schedule optimisation works based on procurement proposals aligned with detailed designs..

Scope of Supply Management of the Main Contractor for pipeline construction of the export pipelines.
Overview Early works in the Field development schedule Review of contractors construction and schedule documentation, assistance with mobilisation and construction as required. Provide necessary support for Main Works Contractor to navigate the protocols associated with working in Iraq.and management of works from Client perspective.

Scope of Supply Management of pipeline maintenance
Overview Management of the existing inherited in field pipelines and well assets which were in a very poor condition, repair and mauintenance where possible. Determine scope for pipeline renewal./replacement and oversee award and subsequent construction works with local contractors developing local workforce/contractors towards long term association with SIPD in the field.

Overview Management from concept survey through design and construction of a series of National Grid Assets throughout the UK thet required refurbishment both mechanically and cosmetically to ensure safety integrity is maintained. Works undertaken on Block Valves, AGIs and Compressor Stations.

Scope of Supply Management of Refurbishment Works at St Fergus Terminal
Overview Management of a variety of different work themes/packages associated with the re-lifing of the St Fergus on shore gas terminal including pipework replacement, valve renewal, pipe coating, equipment refurbishing including Aftercoolers and Scrubbers.
